1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PHDula platform at phdula.vu, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are located in the Philippines and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities, and that you are registering on your own behalf and not for or on behalf of any other person.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and PHDula. PHDula reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held. PHDula uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm account holder identities before withdrawals are processed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility. PHDula cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PHDula support immediately via live chat so that access can be reviewed and the account secured. PHDula uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect accounts, but your own password hygiene and device security are equally important layers of protection.

PHDula reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, use of prohibited software, or violation of these terms — with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the issue.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on PHDula are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, direct bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. PHDula does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming deposits.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following successful processing by your chosen payment provider. PHDula is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money being used is lawfully yours and is not derived from any illegal activity. PHDula reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per request. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own verified name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

PHDula processes approved withdrawal requests within the same business day for accounts in good standing. Actual fund arrival depends on your payment provider's own processing schedule. PHDula does not charge additional fees on standard withdrawal transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on PHDula are subject to the specific rules of each market or game type. Bets are final once confirmed. PHDula reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, system malfunction, data feed failure, or where a bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement.

Sports betting markets — including coverage for PBA, UAAP, boxing, volleyball, esports, football, and international events — are governed by standard industry settlement rules. Live casino games, slots, eBingo, and online poker each follow the rules displayed within those respective game interfaces.

• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to applicable bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply per event or game type.
• PHDula may limit account betting activity where irregular patterns are identified.
• Game outcomes for slots and casino games are produced by tested random number generators (RNGs). Results cannot be influenced.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

PHDula may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated when the promotion is active.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus play that have met the stated wagering requirements may be eligible for withdrawal. PHDula does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion and reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

Abuse of promotions — including multiple account registrations to claim the same offer, collusion, or artificially inflated wagering — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus or winnings associated with the abuse.

8. Responsible Gaming

PHDula is committed to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All registered accounts have access to deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through the account settings.

PHDula does not promise or imply guaranteed winnings, predictable returns, or risk-free outcomes. PHDula is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gaming activity on the platform. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk. The maximum liability of PHDula to any user, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount of the deposit that directly gave rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

PHDula reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice in serious cases. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: fraud, identity misrepresentation, multiple account creation, abuse of promotions, use of prohibited software, and underage access.

In cases of account closure due to policy violation, PHDula reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Verified balances not associated with fraudulent activity may be returned to the account holder through the registered payment method following review.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting PHDula support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following the standard withdrawal procedure.

12. Governing Law and Contact
